At Onyx Precision Ponies, every ponytail is prepared with care, precision, and attention to detail to ensure you receive a premium-quality piece made to perfection. Because our products are made to order, processing times may vary.

Most orders are typically completed and shipped within 3–4 weeks.

Each Onyx product is prepared specifically for your order. Processing time includes color selection, preparation, quality inspection, and final packaging before shipment.

Processing times may vary during product launches, promotions, holidays, and periods of high order volume. We appreciate your patience as we carefully create your ponytail to meet our quality standards.

Due to the custom nature of our ponytails, processing time is approximately 3 weeks before your order ships.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that shipping times begin after your order has completed processing.

Shipping charges are a standard flat fee of $15.

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout. If an address change is needed, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once your order has shipped, we are unable to update the delivery address or make changes to the shipment.

Once your order has been shipped and tracking confirms delivery, Onyx Precision Ponies is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

We recommend shipping your order to a secure location where someone is available to receive your package.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Preorder items and limited-release collections may have extended processing times. Any estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of purchase.

While we always aim to meet our estimated timelines, occasional delays may occur due to shipping carrier disruptions, holidays, peak order periods, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
