Remy hair is collected and sorted so that the cuticles are all facing the same direction, which prevents tangling and gives a more natural look. Non-Remy hair may be collected from multiple sources and may have cuticles facing different directions, which can lead to tangling and a less natural appearance.

Choosing the right color is one of the most important steps in creating a seamless, natural-looking blend. We recommend comparing your hair to our Color Vault in natural daylight, as indoor lighting and screen settings can alter the appearance of color. If you're between shades, our team is happy to help you find the closest match before you place your order.

At this time, we do not offer custom colors. We've carefully curated our gemstone-inspired color collection to provide beautiful, versatile shades for a wide range of customers.

Yes! It depends on your collection:

• Pearl: Style freely with your favorite hot tools. Always use a heat protectant.
• Opal: Safe to heat style up to 350°F (180°C). Once heat styled, it returns to its last heat-set style after washing.
