At Onyx Precision Ponies, every ponytail is created with intention, precision, and performance in mind. Our pieces are designed to deliver a flawless finish for cheer, competition, and everyday wear. Because our products are customized and prepared specifically for your order, we maintain a final sale policy.

Due to the personal and customized nature of our products, including color selection, length, and styling, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Please carefully review your color choice, length, and order details before completing your purchase. 

Every Onyx Precision Ponytail is carefully inspected before leaving our studio. While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives perfectly, occasional issues may occur. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include:

• Your contact information with order number
• Photos clearly showing the damage/issue
• A written description of the concern

Our team will review your request and determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or repair if the issue qualifies under our damaged or defective policy.

The Onyx team begins processing orders quickly. Therefore, requests for changes or cancellations must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, your order enters the production process and the order cannot be modified, canceled, or adjusted.
